Student Academic Services Office

Student Academic Services (SAS) is the office that deals with admissions and advising. SAS is the place to go to: obtain general advising; receive general information about ENCS Departments; inquire about the admission requirements for programs offered by ENCS; find out what is needed to change programs; access information on transfer credits, student exchanges, visiting students and student requests; and apply for readmission.

Quebec Inter-university Exchange Program

An agreement between Quebec universities allows students registered as regular students in one Québec university (the home university) to follow, within the framework of their program of study, one or more courses of their choice, for valid reasons, at another Québec university. Transferring credits between Quebec universities (CREPUQ agreement)

Pick up instructions and the CREPUQ Inter-University Graduate form from your department. Note that it takes at least two weeks to process a request.
