The student must present a valid Concordia student ID at Service Desk in order to get the credential of their ENCS account. In case of Concordia student ID is not available, the student must present a photo ID(driver license, medical card, for example) along with a printed letter from Birks Student Service Centre located at LB-185, which has their name and registered courses and stamp of Concordia Student Service Centre.
