Windows Software Where to find free software? Login [Modified Wednesday, Aug 8th 2012 by nguyen] The following software are all free. They can be installed on any computer without ENCS authorization. We will try to update them with the newest version, but this is not guaranteed. If you want newer version than what are listed here, you can go to their web site to download. Please note : Uninstall any older version and restart the machine before trying a newer version. Use your desktop Administrator account for the installation. Use Internet Explorer to open the link. Your browser should have IE Compatibility View mode on: Tools -> Internet Options -> click Compatibility View. An executable file will pop-up. Please choose "Open/Run". Do not choose "Save/Save As".
