Description: If you use Internet Explorer 8 with ENCS Webmail you may have problems with parts of the interface not working or appearing e.g. expanding and collapsing the Mail icon in the left side menu.
Fix: You need to adjust the Compatibility View settings.
Go to the Menu Bar, Tools->Compatibility View Settings->check "Display all websites in Compatibility View"
