I am not seeing the duplex option of a particular printer.

You need to delete and reinstall the printer driver. You will then be able to select the option for duplex printing.

To delete the driver:

Click "Start"->"Settings"->"Printers and Faxes".
Right click on the target printer and select "Delete".

Open the "Printers and Faxes" window.
Click "Start"->"Settings"->Right click "Printers and Faxes"-> Select "Open" or "Explore".
From the menu bar, select "File" -> "Server Properties" -> Choose the "Drivers" tab -> Pick the printer driver name corresponding to the model you wish to reinstall (i.e. if etching, select HP LaserJet 4350 PS) -> Click on the "Remove" button.

To check the model of any ENCS networked printer, query our printer database from:
ENCS PRINTERS

To reinstall the printer:

If you are using SAMBA printing:
Visit, How to add a SAMBA Printer and double click on the printer/s you want to add.

For LPR printing:
Visit, How to add an LPR Printing Port.

To tell the difference between the two:
SAMBA printing or LPR printing

In case you are not able to delete the printer, please follow the instructions below :
Select "Start"->"Run…"-> Type "net stop spooler"->Click "OK"
The window will close.
Select "Start"->"Run…"-> Type "net start spooler"-> Click "OK".
