If you you are working with group directories (ex. course webpage) and you encounter one of the following errors with:
1) SSH Secure File Transfer - "Encountered 1 errors during transfer"
2) UNIX prompt: "Cannot open file for writing: Disk quota exceeded"
3) Windows drag and drop: "...there is not enough disk space"
You will need to setup group sticky bit by typing in the following command in UNIX prompt: chmod g+s directory_name
