To configure the Rational Rose Licensing, please follow these steps:
1) Go to Start>Programs>Rational Software>Rational License Key Administrator
2) Click on License Keys>License Key Wizard.
3) Check: "Point to a Rational Rose License Server to get my licenses" and click Next
4) Under "Server Name" enter: license-rational.encs.concordia.ca
5) Under "Port ID" enter: 27000 and click finish
