Please make sure such ENCS printer is added properly, the information about
how to add a ENCS printer can be found at
this page
Go to Control Panel-> Printers, right click one of ENCS printers,
select property. Then from Property window, click Advance Tab, set Duplex-unit (for 2-sides printing) as installed.
(by default it is uninstalled)
