1. Review your decision letter and look for any "Deficiencies."
2. Check your program sequence
a) All programs in the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science have a pre-determined sequence of courses to follow. Information is available at Course Sequences.
3. Review the class schedule
a) To find out the time and location of the courses, go to the main course listings website.
b) Make sure you come up with alternate course choices, just in case the ones you have chosen are full.
4. Register for your courses.
a) Log in to your MyConcordia portal and click on the "Registration" section to add your courses.
b) If you need more complete instructions at this stage, please refer to the Undergraduate Registration Instructions.
5. Check your fees on the MyConcordia portal.
a) You will be billed according to the courses you added to your file. Verify the deadline as the University will not send you any reminder.

Welcome to the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science. In order to assist you we have put together these guidelines.
1. All students who have been admitted to either of our Engineering or Computer Science programs and have received a letter of admission are required to register for their courses on the web via the Student Portal. Review the 5 Easy Steps for Registration, above.
Please note that you are responsible for your registration.
2. Confirm your attendance to one of the Faculty Information and Advising Sessions listed below by calling the Student Academic Services, at (514) 848-2424, ext. 3055, OR by reviewing the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science Information and Advising Guide for Newly Admitted Students
If you proceed with the on-line version of the Information and Advising Guide for Newly Admitted Students, you are not obliged to attend the orientation session in person BUT this would be a great opportunity for you to meet with faculty and staff, ask questions and meet other new students in your program.
Students from out-of-town, who are unable to attend a session in person or are having problems accessing the on-line version of the Advising Guide, should contact Ms. Sonia McCalla, at (514) 848-2424 ext. 3055 (sonia.mccalla@concordia.ca).

3. Read over all the information that was provided to you in your decision letter and admission package and follow-up on any outstanding issues.
Newly admitted students with post-secondary studies (e.g. previous university studies) or Concordia degree transfer students should review the request for Transfer Credits or Exemptions Form link included in their acceptance letter. Should this apply to you, please ensure that you submit the completed form to the Faculty as soon as possible.
4. Review the Undergraduate Calendar and the Undergraduate Class Schedule available online via the Concordia website.
5. Bring your letter of admission and other documents to the Academic Advising Session, so that we can assist you with any question you may have.
N.B.: Engineering and Computer Science Pre-approved calculators will be provided to all students who attend the Academic Advising Sessions.
